DOMESTIC DELIVERIES

All shipping and delivery costs are shown in UK £ – Pounds Sterling

All orders are processed within 12 to 24 business hours. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Normal delivery time is 48 hours from time of processing. It is possible that delivery can be sooner by as much as 24hrs or delayed by a few days.

If we are experiencing high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be significant delay in delivery of your order we will endeavor to contact you via email or telephone.

All delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All individual items will be charged at a standard £4.99

Orders with a total spend of over £50 will be free delivery

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

All orders are processed within 12 to 24 business hours. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Normal delivery time is 4 to 10 days from time of processing depending on country. It is possible that delivery can be sooner by as much as 24hrs or delayed by a few days. 

There may be a surcharge on the delivery fee which will be shown clearly on your check out total. 

VAT

All deliveries are subject to UK vat.

DAMAGE and LOSS

Due to unforeseen circumstances exceptional delays in deliveries can occasionally occur. It is also possible on very rare occasions for deliveries to get damaged or lost.
